Tips to create layers with Acrylic (Article) - 5/13/2015 6:33:24 AM
While I've been unable to paint because of my paralyzed hands and arms, I've always been fascinated with paintings and other artwork and have purchased a few. Lately I've been buying the work of disabled painters. Some are quite good.
It's hard for me to see whether or not your tips will help other painters because I haven't painted with acrylics. Three things that seem to stand out among those that are the best at painting. First, they seem to have an innate talent that allows them to paint what they do. Second, they paint a lot. Painting sometimes consumes their entire lives, whether they make money at it or not. And finally, they study under masters or mentors. That's the path I would follow if I were to become a great painter of oils or acrylics.
