I agree with every line except the holy one. The only holes that I agree with are being comfortable with holes in my clothes rather than going out and buying a new ones that I can't afford. Being humble and frugal (similar to efficient) helps, too.

So beautiful!! I love the trees. They clean the air and give us beautiful oxygen. Your words show your love of nature! I believe I saw a fairie on my last walk. Someone said it was a dragonfly but I know better! (wink)

Your poem and your attitude is right along with mine. Simply and beautifully expressed.
Reminds me of the song that I sing almost every night to my partner who has picked it up and sings along with me. Today, by the New Christie Minstrels. A folksong for the ages.
I remember singing it to the guys in our Volkswagen while coming home from a day trip to a reservoir north of Karachi where we had a picnic and bought a lot of fish. It was January, 1978. I was there for four days on my journey around the world.

Ahhh . . . Yes indeed, that sweetest fragrance is very much heavenly, but then . . . After it rots on the vine of love it is a most dreadful smell of all time.
