It's obvious that Ruscsak has created a very detailed and well thought-out world. I always commend any writer with the amazing imagination to create something so expansive. It follows a very common epic fantasy plot though. A young royal learning the truth about her parent's death, eventually coming to terms with the responsibility of becoming ruler by defeating her evil counterpart. It's nothing groundbreaking, but that doesn't mean it isn't fun!
There are a few technical (spelling/grammar) mistakes here and there that should be corrected. This book definitely needs an editor. It's never a good sign when you find a typo on page one. But, the technical errors are something that can be fixed. As long as you have a good story and characters, a solid foundation as it were, the novel can still be enjoyed.
I think Ruscsak has a lot of talent. I think she will definitely continue to produce some interesting fantasy.

Those with autism certainly do have unique and often outstanding talents that need to be cultivated for them to feel accepted. I have several works of collages done by Grant Manier. As a result of his mother's relentless promotion, Grant is becoming quite well-known in artistic circles.
And you should be commended for fighting back from your stroke and being able write again about your experience and where your muse leads you. As well as your husband who has enabled it to happen. We all need good editors, and what better editor than a daughter with the discerning powers of detail that autism sometimes brings.
