Strange is an appropriate word for this story. It starts with the shape of Dunce's head and the idea that a good friend can tattoo a D on your forehead and still be friends and ends with an ice cream cone plastic sign killing and ice cream lover by falling off the vendor's roof--strange.
Strange buddy/bedfellows Dunce and Fez. Cone head and truncated cone head.

Offbeat and quirky! I loved it! As for the origin of copious tears, Dunce may have a point!
