Furthermore, the author suggests that we need a spiritual community for support, for within this grouping spiritual-based projects won’t feel like imprisonment, but allows each member involved to feel vitally alive, part of a glorious whole, in which we adjust to our daily lives existing in fulfillment and serenity.
Aizenman’s book deeply affected me on several dimensions. Practically, I liked that he shares effectual ways to advance spirituality, gives ideas on how to multiply genuine spiritual expression in our lives, outlines how we can neutralize our ego, and, in doing so, uphold the sovereign purpose in life which is to call forth awareness and revelation of a higher world. Spiritual DNA is encyclopedic in giving understandable explanations of the sefirot, soul development, spheres of the spiritual system, and the kli. Author Aizenman strongly suggests to those inclined to interior transmutation to bring the divine out of exile and to close the prodigious gap between the Creator and the lion’s share of humanity and doing so living like spiritual artists.
In closing, the book reiterates that in order to follow the spiritual path, we need only aspire to do so and then to increase our access to and desire for it by surrounding ourselves with people of belief, passion for living spirituality, and good role models walking their talk - after that, the sacred part of our spiritual DNA does the rest. I found this book to be a profound read that I highly recommend to those wanting to humanize the world and live in soul harmony within themselves and all of life.

This book establishes a structured method for the individual to understand, recognize, manage, and maintain a spiritual system, and a guide for introspection and self-assessment of one’s spiritual level. The book reveals how we can achieve peace and tranquility in our daily lives with this method through the spiritual force within us.
I began to ask myself if there was something that, without having physical mass or magnetism, communicated between or united people. If there was a system which, though imperceptible to our five senses, exists and unites us all, no matter how far apart people are physically, not limited by time or space, which we could call a “spiritual system.”
Today, almost forty years after my first spiritual journey, I can understand and see the importance of the spiritual system, the parts that form it and how it is done so that the daily journey is lived in peace, tranquility and constant happiness. I began to understand that everything that happens to us is for good in the light of the spiritual system that makes up our daily life, along with family, friends and other people or entities that interact in my life.
The book focuses on people who have a desire for spirituality, providing a tool to understand how and from where the spiritual part of the individual is nourished.
It explains in simple terms a person’s spiritual composition, known as spiritual DNA.
The book is based on my knowledge and practice of Kabbalah, which is based on the book Zohar, and outlines the way to do any spiritual project.
The book reveals that the result of any spiritual project, by an individual or by a group of people, can be measured and reproduced, affirming that the spiritual system is an exact discipline, a spiritual science.
The book is based on the practice of Kabbalah, based on the book Zohar. Spirituality is the reason for and core of all religions, but it’s worth mentioning that this book is not about religion.
The book will also serve those who seek answers related to their interpersonal relationships, love, mental health, motivation and self-help.
For those people who are positive in nature, the content of this book will be of good value for reflection, even if they are not willing to apply the written guidelines and suggestions.
By implementing the model presented here, we will achieve a success at any pursuit, due that we will learn to link up our activity with a spiritual purpose.

El libro establece un método estructurado para entender, reconocer, conseguir, manejar y mantener el sistema espiritual en el individuo y su introspección y evaluación de la espiritualidad en cada persona. Con éste método y por intermedio de la fuerza espiritual dentro de nosotros, el libro nos muestra cómo podremos lograr paz y tranquilidad en nuestro diario vivir.
Comencé a preguntarme si hay algo que sin poseer masa física o magnética, comunica o relaciona entre la gente. Como si hubiera un sistema intangible que aunque no se puede distinguir por ninguno de nuestros cinco sentidos, existe y nos conecta a todos. Un sistema que liga a las personas no importa cuán lejos se encuentren físicamente una de la otra, sin limitación de tiempo ni de espacio, un sistema espiritual.
Cuarenta años después de mi primera jornada espiritual, hoy puedo entender y ver la importancia de nuestro sistema espiritual y las partes que lo forman. Empecé a entender que todo lo que nos pasa es únicamente para nuestro bien, y que existe una razón y explicación positiva. Todo lo que nos acontece es la resultante del sistema espiritual que rige mi vida y que compone todas mis actividades en relación al mundo que me rodea: familia, amigos, colegas y demás entidades públicas o privadas que interactúan en mi jornada, en forma directa e indirecta.
El libro se enfoca en las personas que tienen un deseo de espiritualidad, proporcionándoles una herramienta para comprender como y de donde se alimenta el alma, la parte espiritual del individuo.
En éste libro introductorio al tema de la espiritualidad se explica en términos simples la composición espiritual o ADN (código genético) de la persona.
El libro está fundamentado en mis conocimientos y práctica de la Cabalá, la cual se basa en el libro Zohar (Esplendor), y nos delinea el camino a seguir para poner en marcha cualquier proyecto u obra espiritual.
El libro nos enseña que la resultante de una obra espiritual se puede medir y cuantificar. La influencia que un individuo, o grupo de personas, genera sobre el prójimo puede ser calculada y dimensionada claramente, llevándonos a determinar que el sistema espiritual de individuo es ciencia exacta. De aquí el título del libro: «Ciencias de la espiritualidad».
La espiritualidad es la razón y el núcleo de todas las religiones, pero este libro no trata, ni discute, ni pertenece, ni promueve ninguna religión o tradición en particular. El libro está dirigido a todas las personas en general.
Confío que este libro también pueda servir de alguna forma a aquellos que buscan respuestas relacionadas a sus vidas, relaciones interpersonales, amor, salud mental, motivación u otros. Para aquellas personas que son de naturaleza positivas, encontrarán su contenido valioso para la reflexión, incluso así no estén dispuestos a aplicar las pautas y sugerencias escritas.
Al poner en práctica el modelo espiritual presentado acá lograremos también éxito en cualquier actividad que emprendamos, pues aprenderemos a enfocarla con un propósito espiritual.
Una vez que el individuo haya comenzado ya el camino hacia la iluminación espiritual, el libro explica cómo nos podremos vincular a otras personas con el mismo propósito, incrementando nuestra influencia al prójimo y así juntos poder trascender en beneficio de la sociedad en general.
