Learning of her father, W.R.'s dying wish, Harlea determines in her mind to make it happen, even if she must overcome her fear and get back on a motorcycle again. Going to the Harley Davidson dealership that her father referred her too and tracking down Scout, the name given to her by her father as the person to see, she starts making her plans for a road trip down Route 66. Chemistry clicks between her and Scout immediately and before you know it, they are having dinner together and Scout has invited himself along on the upcoming trip as Harlea's aide to help with wheelchair bound W.R. as they travel down the infamous Route 66. Taking time to sightsee as they go, stopping where they want, the reader is in for a treat with the vivid descriptions of numerous locations found along Route 66. Meeting people along the way and making new friends as W.R., riding along in a sidecar, Rastus the cat in tow, pulling a trailer, Harlea as the driver and Scout on his Indian bike they tour the sights of this famous route. "Route 66 A Dream Fulfilled" is a fun, easy read that ends with Scout and Harlea, plus new friends, continuing their fun vacation in the beautiful country of New Zealand - the perfect set-up for book #2. Although the story is fast-paced, almost rushed at times, it's another wonderful story by Bob Bose, and Casey Fae Hewson. A lighthearted, young-at-heart story the I recommend you check out.

Bob Boze describes his "The Beach Pool" as "A feel good story about life, love and family." He delivers without forced sentimentality a tale of young love and all its attachments of melodrama, humor, and melancholy in a collection of characters diverse and compelling. More, the book offers unvarnished diversion, amusement, and sentiment at a time when a simple "hello" may be retorted "what do you mean by that?"
Along the way, the novel offers nice touches of writing as in "Zoey and Zach tried to cram the next year into the five days they had left together....Sunday morning, Zoey had all she could do to keep from falling apart. All the way to JFK Airport she clung to Zach like someone would steal him if she let him go."
If you want a breezy and spirited page-turner that lives up to its billing of "Life comes full circle," check out Bob Boze's "The Beach Pool."

The story takes place in New Zealand and centers around the main characters, Cameron and Annie. Cameron is a struggling business owner of a dolphin tour business and Annie is the successful owner of an energy company in the States that is looking to invest elsewhere and has an interest in Cameron's tour business. They meet as strangers but practically become a couple and business partners around the same time. The book is supported by a strong group of side characters, each with their own personality and storyline. There are wonderful detailed scenes of locations, scenery and sunsets. A fun tidbit in the book is when Cameron asks Annie what she is reading and Annie advises him that she is reading a book called "Light My Way" by Bob Bose and Casey Fae Hewson with a brief description. "The Heiress and the Dolphins" is a fun-loving, enjoyable easy read. I read it in one setting. It is another light-hearted romance novel by Bob Bose, one of my favorite authors. His happy-go-lucky love stories with a large dash of laughter make for a wonderful fun way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend.

This is a "double" love story; a love story of romances and the bond of a loving, committed (to each other) family. Both are explored in great detail. And, some may say that in-part the book is "sappy," but some families actually do have a loving, close-knit unit. Perhaps the world would be a better place if more families had such a wonderful bond as the Simmons' family.
"The Beach Pool," where our story begins, is a well-written novel with many twists and turns. Take a household and fill it with teenagers and you can expect just about anything to happen. That describes this story-line to a tee. You have love, death, dating, drama, high school and college, romance, war and much more. "The Beach Pool" is a "busy book" with each chapter bringing a new adventure. The novel quickly becomes a page-turner; I couldn't put it down, read it straight through as I followed the lives of all the different and intriguing characters. The brother and sisters had such a devoted and unique bond together. It was heart warming.
Some of the story-lines are a little hard to believe, like inviting a perfect stranger to live in your home, but it does happen and, hey, this is fiction so the writer can take liberties. Besides, it made for a wonderful starting plot for the book. Most definitely catches your attention, I read it in one sitting.
If you like a true love story, "The Beach Pool" is you kind of book. If you like a drama with a lot of humor mixed in than I wholeheartedly recommend you check this one out. I truly enjoyed the writing style of Bob Boze and look forward to reading some of his additional works. A big thumbs-up!

First I would like to thank Author Bob Boze for the opportunity of reading this amazing novel! Horses of Tir Na Nog is so well written that as a reader I was able to take in the full realm of the story line without getting lost along the way. I'm excited to see that this is a series, and hopefully I'll be able to get a chance to read the rest. I highly recommend this to other avid readers. Enjoy your read

Josh and Christine were devoted to each other and to their children Zach and Desi. Even though Christine's sudden death left a huge void, Josh raised his children and kept Christine's legacy alive. Through a chance encounter another child, Zoey, became part of the family. In The Beach Pool, a novel by Bob Boze, readers follow Zach's, Desi's and Zoey's lives over a period of ten years.
There is a large cast of well developed and endearing characters. Zach, Desi and Zoey are intriguing. As their lives change they meet new people and they are not afraid to embrace new relationships. Meaningful bonds develop. As a result, their friends become family. They understand loyalty and they are supportive on all fronts. I quickly became immersed in the narrative and the characters became very real to me. Bob Boze is a gifted author who has crafted a heartwarming and memorable story. I sincerely hope there is a sequel. Highly recommended.

"Love is a Pretty Girl with a Cape to Share your Dreams With" is an autobiography written by author Bob Boze. The story is a collection of smaller tales told in first person that follow Boze over the course of his life. Spanning decades, the book covers Boze's early life and then explores his adventures in the United States Air Force. The last third of the book dives into his adult life.
This anthology is informal and endearing and written in a conversational manner. As a result, I enjoyed the familiar voice of the author and the witty commentary about various occurrences throughout his life. Reading the book felt more like sitting down and chatting with an old friend.
However, there were a few issues with the book that made it a difficult read for me. One of the things that I disliked was that at several points in the book the author leaves notes to the reader within the text discussing his writing. For example, in chapter six Boze writes, "However, if I screw up and leave a story or two in about my toys, please forgive me or just skip over it if you must."
Another issue that I had with the book was the general flow. At some points in the story, especially early on in the book I struggled with reading the text. Almost as if the word choices and general sentence structures were a little bit choppy. I think this was due in part to the more conversational tone of the story. Although I enjoyed the informality of it, at times it was a little disjointed.
Overall I enjoyed this book and the author's humorous retelling of his cherished memories. There were moments while reading that I found myself laughing out loud and others where I had to shake my head and smirk. His discussion of his wife Sheryl is heart warming and the stories about their life together were wonderful to read!
Recommendations: Pick up this book if you are someone who enjoys reading biographies or someone interested in world traveling adventures.

It was a pleasure to read Love Is A Pretty Girl with a Cape To Share your Dreams With, by Bob Boze. It is an autobiography that is presented in wonderful ways which includes funny stories. Mr. Boze is a marvelous story teller who shares both his and his wife's life and travel experiences. Readers will smile and often laugh out loud. Written with heart, wit and candor this book is well worth reading!!

The Sisterhood is book two of the Horses of Tir Na Nog Trilogy and can be read as a stand alone novel but to understand the relationships and characters better I would suggest reading the first book (Horse of Tir Na Nog: A New Door Opens) first.
In The Sisterhood the two couples CJ and Shawn and Shannon and Bert want to have a double wedding and a double honeymoon because they are such close friends. They are wondering if this is too much for their friendships and CJ is confronted with an overprotective Shawn because of all what happened to her in her past.
The story first entails their joined wedding, reception and then the honeymoon. On their honeymoon the reader is being transported to London, Bath, Stonehenge, Paris, Istanbul, Kusadasi, Ephesus and Los Angeles.
In this book a lot of the old characters are back and new friendships and relationships are being build. The Sisterhood is all about closeness, the strong bond between people, loving and helping each other and having each other’s back.
During the honeymoon a lot of new characters are being introduced. The new characters quickly create a bond with the existing characters and they are all taken into the circle of friends and into the sisterhood.
The description of all the places and the restaurants and the food really transports you to those places and gives you an extensive look into the historical places and different cultures. Growing up in Europe myself it was so much fun reading about those familiar places.
I love how this book has two main stories: following the two couples on their honeymoon and the story about one of the “sisters” Christine who has fallen in love with Matt but who is on a dangerous mission and things are getting dangerous and you really can feel the tension and suspense and you just want to keep on reading to know how the story will develop. As a reader you feel sorry, worried and compassion for the main characters. The characters are so likeable and they all care about each other and have each other’s back. I love the humor the characters have. The book gave me a new perspective on the sex trade and how important an organization like GenerateHope is to help and restore the lives of these women. This part of the story is so heartfelt and really engaging.
I really loved reading the book because of all the twists and turns that you didn’t expect. You really get to know the main characters because of how well described they are in the book and you really get to know what they feel and think. I loved the way the settings of all the places in the book were described. You could really picture all the places that were mentioned. A great book to get into the story and relate to the characters. Highly recommend it and I look forward to reading the next book in this trilogy.

Horses of Tir Na Nog is an engaging story about a young woman CJ who has had a rough life growing up with abuse and ending up addicted to drugs. After her recovery in a rehab she started a new life as a ranch manager of rescued horses. On the ranch by luck she meets Shawn, a fire man. They fall madly in love with each other and he shows her that there is a whole new world outside the ranch. She is afraid that her past will ruin their relationship but their love is stronger than that. This story is so heartfelt and really engaging. At first as a reader you really get to know CJ’s life and the way she is caring for the horses and the friends on the farm and everything seems normal. It then turns into a love story and you really feel good that CJ’s life is going so well. But when things start to get mixed up and even get dangerous you really can feel the tension and suspense and you just want to keep on reading to know how the story will develop. As a reader you feel sorry, worried and compassing for the main character CJ. The characters are so likeable and they all care about each other and have each other’s back. I love the humor the characters have. The book gave me a new perspective on how important it is that these horses are being rescued and what it entails to take care of them. I really loved reading the book because of all the twists and turns that you didn’t expect. You really get to know the main characters because of how well described they are in the book and you really get to know what they feel and think. I loved the way the setting San Diego was described. Dreams, a novel by Bob Boze, is the third and final story of the Horses of Tir Na Nog Trilogy. It can be read as a stand alone book, but readers have much to gain by reading the first two books of the trilogy.
CJ is still a central character in this story. She has come a long way from her earlier life. Hers is now a full life, filled with love and friendship. But, she wants more-she wants a baby. She wonders if her husband shares her dream. Unexpectedly, an opportunity presents itself, but it is unconventional. Will it work?
There is a large cast of characters and the author deftly articulates their stories, as well. The Sisterhood continues and their bonds strengthen. Newcomers are welcomed and when one of them is threatened, reaction comes quickly. This is truly a story about the power of friendship, love and legacy. Highly recommended.

This book is well written and keep me wanting to read more and was very hard for me to put down. I can't wait to find out what happens next. The locals made me feel like I was right at home which I love feeling that way when reading some books.

The Sisterhood (Book Two of the Horses of Tir Na Nog Trilogy) can be read as a stand alone book, but I can recommend reading the first book, Horses of Tir Na Nog: A New Door Opens as it is a great story. The Sisterhood reunites readers with two couples, CJ and Shawn and Shannon and Bert. They are considering a double wedding and a double honeymoon. Could this be too much togetherness? Also, how much longer can CJ live with Shawn's over protectiveness?
The well constructed plot includes many different themes and strengths. There is a large cast of characters, including some from the previous book and many new to this special group of people. Established bonds strengthen and new ones form. The story moves from California to Europe and Istanbul. The author skillfully immerses readers into historical places and different cultures. Bad things happen and the fictional world becomes very real as we follow the characters through their struggles.
This is a wonderfully readable novel and I look forward to reading the next book in the trilogy.

Horses of Tir Na Nog: A New Door Opens is a special book about special people. CJ, the protagonist, is a survivor. She recovered from abuse and began a new life as a manager of a horse rescue ranch. Whether it was fate or luck, Shawn comes into her life and a whole new world opens up for her-one she never would have imagined for herself. Will Shawn still be there for her once he learns about her past?
The author brings to readers a heartwarming story. The characters are three dimensional. They care about each other, recognize the value of their relationships and are non judgmental. The dialogue is often witty and always meaningful. Also included in the story is insight into the workings and need for horse rescue ranches, as well as a look into the fire fighter profession.
I found this book to be well written and easy to read. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

This book is well-written and kept me reading much too late. The characters are well-rounded and for ther most part lieable. I want to know what happens next. The locale was fleshed out so that I would feel at home there if I was to visit. It was an inspiring story of people who rise above their troubles. I was surprised several times in where the plot went--not where I thought it was going. The animals were vivid and believablr..

What a lovely story. Reminded me of my lonely time in an apartment in California. My mother, whose name is also Nina (German, pronounced nine-ah) took the train out to California in 1948 to drive my grandparents back to Wisconsin because my grandmother had wrecked their car in the mountains and was afraid to drive in the mountains anymore. I've seen a picture of her at San Juan Capistrano where she was feeding the doves.
We feed the birds and have mourning, white wing, and Inca doves in our small backyard. We haven't figured out how to train them yet. ;-)

I'm not big on cats, but I believe that the truth is often more interesting than fiction. Sam's story is a good example of that and I'm so glad that you ghost wrote it for her. Otherwise the world may not have known of her remarkable survival characteristics in spite of being inbred.
But I think you got that wrong. The alligators learned that roll from cats. ;-) And that's the first time I ever heard of a mastectomy for cats. You didn't mention kittens, so I assume that Sam could not have kittens because of her genetic nature. Whether shelter may have neutered her. You certainly were altruistic for finding her at the shelter rather than a pet store.
My younger twin brothers are big cat lovers. When I came back to my parents' country home for a brief summer stay, my brother-in-law had dropped off a black kitten at our house as a prank on my mother because he knew that she didn't like cats. Anyway, I was outside, changing a tire on my car, when this black kitten playfully jumped between my arms. My younger brothers were six or seven and watching me change the tire. They yelled out in unison, "Ron, can we keep him! Can we, Ron!"
I replied, "You will have to ask Mom. I don't live here. Ask her."
When my mother came home from work, she approved, and Blackie soon even was allowed to come in the house, long black cat hair and all. One of the long line of cats my brothers have enjoyed to this day.

A sweet, heartwarming story! A foster mother of two adopted cats--one of them a stray, I could identify with Sam's transformation.
