The Storyteller p (Short Story) - 4/1/2021 12:43:08 PM
An interesting, perhaps true, story set in a classic epic poem style. Unfortunately, with all the stories here to read I didn't have time to read very far into the story except to find a young abused girl making her way through life by being moved around by her mother. I have to assume that she will become, "The Storyteller," that is the title of the story.
If I have time I will come back around and read the rest.

I'm so glad that you found a way to come back from all of that pain.
Your pain may have been psychological, but I can tell you that after minor surgery, I experienced occasional excruciating pain until last week where that pain has finally subsided. I'm not quite normal yet and may need more surgery to correct a defect, but eventually I hope to get back to normal living without pain or otherwise discomfort.

I can appreciate your poem so much. I think learning to love ourselves, forgive ourselves and those that hurt us, is the hardest thing we may ever do. Finding our purpose on Earth may take some time but if we want to get there we can. Blessings and healing to you.
