Yes!! It almost falls along the lines of when I challenge a non-believer, or someone who explains to me that they are ‘spiritual’ or believe in some ‘higher being’...not exactly in God, but of some force of power...
My question to them goes like this: isn’t there a greater potential ‘risk’ in deciding to be a non-believer of Jesus Christ as our Lord and King, than there is in simply believing?
What is the worst that could happen if you get to the end of your life and you learn that His teachings really were true???
Now, what type of fate can eminently loom before us because we used our free will to make the conscious choice not to believe?
So what do you actually have to lose in believing?
What do you actually stand to lose in thinking that the Holy Eucharist is simply symbolic as therefore not worthy of making it a priority to receive at mass on Sundays?
Well, my fellow creatures of the Lord, isn’t it a greater potential risk to not believe??
