What a wonderful lilting poem about your search for a soulmate in your life.
From one who has found a soulmate late in life, just continue to keep upbeat and outgoing like you are in this poem, and your soulmate will come along from under the sea or out of the blue.

Beautifully expressed. I was always drawn to Western and Chinese astrology, with Sun in Cancer and Moon conjunct Neptune in Scorpio.

I believe this is an astrological reference to a human whose birthday is in the month of the crab.
For the crab is a voracious predator with no thoughts of love other than a reproduction instinct.
I wish for you that you never get crabs from your lover.
