Tim,
This book (excerpt) is extremely thought provoking,and you are right;answering the questions requires gut level honesty, I believe, if we are to get the best from ourselves and life.
So much of what you have written reminds me of my life's journey.
I am glad to say that my life is what it should be because at various stages of it,I asked the right questions,and although the answers were not always what I wanted to accept, doing so has made all the difference.

Simple (best kind) and sound wisdom, Tim. I've believed this for some time--that life is not chaos, but that all happens with good reason. Even when the reasons evade us. Trust... that's a hard one to learn.

Tim, what truth! In an age when we pursue material wealth instead of spiritual and emotional wealth, much of which subsists in the quality of our relationships, this is a most important lesson. What matters most, costs (in terms of dollars) least.

You my friend have a lot to offer, I mean in the way of tenderness, something that most young men don't get unless it's much later, if at all. I'd go out with you if you were nearby as I am sure many will. Make yourself available to a good woman.
