I'm in this book.
Well, not me, exactly, but a woman very much like me. Everybody on base thought I was a dyke because I didn't date anyone on base.
When the question came up officially, I had to PROVE I wasn't a lesbian to stay in the military.
It almost cost my boyfriend his career because he was an officer and I was enlisted.
Well done (again), Ed, even if you did make me remember a time I'd almost rather forget.

Ha! I loved it!
'Bewitched' and 'I Dream of Jeannie' were all about controlling a woman with goddess-like powers.
It's about time someone wrote something like this story.
