I loved the title of your book and was captivated by the blurb on the back but I didn't realize that it was going to turn a long day in the ER into a challenge to keep from laughing out loud. My husband (whose name is not Hal but they are brothers under the skin...even down to the stained shirt fronts!) was admitted to the ER here in St. Petersburg at 11:30 am last Tuesday. Now admittedly, (poor pun), there is nothing funny about a 61 year old man with chest pains but I happened to have your book with me and by 2:00 I had had to stifle the giggles multiple times and was able to help another long suffering wife wile away the hours with your delightful book. Would love to meet you in person if you have another appearance scheduled anywhere in the Pinellas or Hillsborough area! However, I will NEVER let you see MY kitchen floors!

I am convinced! I have to read the book. It sounds hilarious and a must-keep book. Humor is best food for the spirit.

Frieda! What a funny, funny excerpt. I found myself chuckling and giggling and visualizing and applying to my long years of married life. It's a winner! A must read for everyone.
