C H I L L I N G is not even the WORD! You've penned a life saving, heartbreaking write..............as a smoker, this one hit hard. I'm trying to quit, but it's not easy..............any suggestions you could provide would help GREATLY.

Never start smoking again please..
My Dad quit smoking for good by one simple method,..... every time he felt like a drag ....he visualized the ciggie as a vomit....
It worked, and he never smoked again...;)
