La escritura y la vida va par en par. Su articulo me hace recordar todos los libros que he leido desde nino. Es cierto lo que dice acerca de la influencia que ellos tienen. Se me hace interesante que todos los escritores desde temprana edad aprenden a amar los libros y a enamorarse de la lectura.

For the Ukrainians, life moves on in spite of the terrible sacrifice that they are making to say being overrun by an angry leader of a declining country trying to make a name for himself by conquering new lands for his Russia.
The courage of the Ukrainians becomes more evident every day. And the cowardice and corruption of the Russian state is obvious when they continue to commit "crimes against humanity" by insisting on bombing civilians and destroying their property as a way of some medieval siege that they should know will fail just like Napoleon and Hitler did moving on Russia and losing.
Thank you for posting both in Spanish and English your poem of the state of democracy in the Ukraine.

Thank you Ron for your kindness in commenting on the reading of my poem. Since February 24 when the invasion began, without notice of hostilities or declaration of war (reminds me of Pearl Harbour), I am from that day on just keeping an eye on this war. I have a work that I like very much: Daily Poem, for my Youtube channel, but is in Spanish, I don't dare to recite it in English... without the help of Google haha. I have it suspended until the Ukrainian war is over and the Ukrainian people, that I met, are free from the Russian tyrant. Thank you for the translation. The poem is a prediction that every day now, is coming true. The people of Ukraine, with so many dying from that "monster" from Russia dealing with stupid heavy hand has only brought agony on his own people as he forces them to invade a people who will eventually throw off this ungodly incursion into their peaceful and productive lives.
And so it will be again. The only great loss so many resources wasted in so many people from both sides dead for no other reason than evil. But doesn't evil know that it never wins?
