Congratulations on your new book. It is a must read for anyone interested in a historically balanced rendition of America's manipulation by parallel, covert and overt force.
I miss our long discussions in the Far East. I miss access and immediacy, to erudition of history and collateral influences you possess and disseminate, as though second nature.
I miss your fine mind. What a fine mind it is!
