I know the pain of losing a mother; I lost mine 17 years ago on St. Pat's Day, March 17. She was not quite sixty. She was sick for years; she died of complications from heart surgery. I was angry, almost to the point of suicide, but God had His Hand on me, and He rescued me. I credit God for my life and for my writing; He has blessed me. Very well done write; God be with you as you remember your mother on Mother's Day. It will be hard for the two of us, but we will make it through, together. I care. Powerful write; thanks for sharing!

I like this. It reminded me of something my grandfather once said...that blind disobedience should be punished, respectful disobedience should be applauded. Well done!

You would think, by now, we would have learned...when you tell someone NOT to do something that IS what they WILL DO! We've forgotten how to use "phychology". I enjoyed reading this one. Thanks for sharing it with us.
