Quest odio incredibile di cui dovremmo liberarci, quest odio di un uomo che non tollera il rifiuto e quindi non sopporta il fatto che una donna abbia il semplicissimo, sacrosanto diritto... di scegliere, quest odio esiste sempre e fa soffrire tante donne e tanti uomini, così, inutilmente.
Non ho letto questa poesia in italiano, ma in inglese non tradurrei "torso", troppo tecnico, secondo me. Sceglierei "bosom", penso.
Comunque grazie per averci fatto scoprire questa poesia grazie ad un'accuratissima traduzione.

This is a superb effort, a real labour of love. My Italian isn't very good but enough to manage most of it (and I rely a little on Spanish and French to help me through) but fine work on your part. Well done!

wow; i would have to translate this, but i love the classical feel of the italian, makes me feel very Dante.ish. . "sfumatura" [there is something in art by Da Vinci~ sfumato? something to do with soft, but contrasting shading in dark hues, dark/light. ..like "smoke"? i think...something akin to chiaroscuro]
whichever language this is in, it FEELs gorgeous, even in the tiniest hints of comprehension, its just FEELs beautiful. ..
