Like Billie Holiday, Janis Joplin, and Amy Winehouse, Whitney had a fatal flaw that fame was too hard to take. She had a voice that was incomparable and I loved her from the first time I heard her. Thanks for this beautiful tribute to a beautiful lady who touched our hearts every time she sang.

I have tears now - I re-wrote my bio to include MJ. He has brought my muse with a vengeance. I actually just posted a new poem for him called "Paparazzi" He isn't gone you know, I can't explain it but all will see. I loved him since I was 10 and I am 18 months older than him. I don't believe in anything negative that people have to say about Michael. In my mind, Michael is ALWAYS the innocents young boy who was deprived of a normal childhood, forced into child laboring by his father, being false accused of things that he had not done. People see a defenseless rich young boy whom they could scheme to make money, and they did - by falsely pointing fingers, when they know he was innocent!!!
I believe in Michael!! It's sad how some people look at him in a different way, but I will always remember Michael as the innocent little boy who had been deprived of a life of his own!!!
