I found Jewels Treasured By Her Family a very
heartwarming and moving story.
I enjoyed watching the main character and her twin
brother grow up to realize the enormity of things they
can’t control. Growing up. Then, the shock of
learning why they have always been different than most
twins.
I enjoyed the Indian ceremony for the chief’s son.
And also the fact so many ethnic backgrounds could
live in harmony.
I liked the mystery of what happened to Jewels and how
it kept me wondering. The vision of her standing
dressed as an adult at the end was very well done.
The ending wrapped everything up nice, and the warmth
and understanding of the family was strong and
special.

Jewels Treasured By Her Family
Julia Johnson has written a wonderful book filled with stories inside of stories..It is told by Beth, the youngest of the ever growing Flynn Family..It is a fanciful, heart warming intriguing journey into their lives..Woven together with secrets, lives lessons, love and more love, you will find you can't put it down..It is a fabulous book, one the whole family can enjoy..I highly recommend it to readers of all ages.
