Beautifully written...so many elements that fill the mind with all these snipets you mentioned...painting an understanding between brother and sister. For me, it worked backward. My sister lost her fight with cancer and you said everything here that I wish I could have said to her.

You are correct, Natalie...Some of the greatest poetry is borne of heartbreak and pain...Brief but great work,,,it actually made me want to read more lines like those to find the descriptions that worked so well.
