I'm awaiting the lowering of evaluations to come about with the devaluating worth of properties because of foreclosures. Will that ever happen? Don't think I'll hold my breath. Still, good to know there is some help out there. I'm remembering when Vance Godbey's (Tarrant County restaurant) lowered their prices for meals by half to get people to sign a petition for lowering appraisals! It did work for many.
