This book was obviously a labor of love and looks as though it took many years to complete. Greenwood goes through the Old Testament with a fine-tooth comb.
The stories are seemingly accurate and told in such a way that the reader better understands the Old Testament. I only say seemingly because every reader should verify content with Scripture.
I had not read very far into the book before I realized that this was one Biblical publication that I was glad I had found.
This publication is a good addition to use when studying their own Bible and adds insight and context to a Bible study discussion.
Additionally, this book would be a refreshing addition to a college syllabus.
For the person who is an avid learner of the Bible, this publication would make a convenient aid.
The addition of maps in the back is extremely helpful allowing the reader to see better where incidents happened, the route trips were followed, and the overall feel of the area.
I Will Make of Thee A Great Nation is a must have for anyone's personal library.
