Truck Stop's young heroine captured my heart as she tries frantically to escape her abusive father and finds love in the unlikeliest of places. Ms. McCormack has penned a well-written, can't-put-it-down story. I loved it. You will, too. (Hope she has other books in the chute!)

the book was very heart-catching and exciting. i absolutly loved it, and highly recommend reading it.

Read it. Loved it. And I'm not a fan of the romance genre. This is a novel that gets to the heart of a young woman and her courage and tells it well. I found I just couldn't put it down and I was sorry when it ended. Lets see some more from this author.
