Good tips Christina. Having been a social worker for thirty years I often saw the results on all parties of the "divorce from hell." At the end of the day in most such cases, the only winners are the lawyers. The family has no money left but lots of emotional debris that they throw at one another for the rest of their lives (at least until the kids have grown up). Mediation is very important as well as counseling for all parties post divorce to facilitate the situation minimize conflict and misunderstanding.
