An enchanting story with that essential ingredient for any child..a wondeful and Happy ending. There is much fun on the way too, as other lost items are found. Children will love this little adventure with Austin to find his precious stuffed Bunny.
Of course Grandma saves the day on her return, when she guesses what Hunter the naughty dog has done,.. Grandma's can always spot a guilty face. She finds it in his kennel.
A delightful story that is sure to become a firm favourite. Love, Diana.

Always being on the lookout for something heartwarmingly different, this wonderful story is one I am eager to read for myself, and also to my Grandchildren. I was eight years old in 1959...and I also had a Grandma who loved to sew with me! What a magical story for young and old alike, to share those beautiful moments of warmth and memory and to pass these on to our own little ones. A wonderful idea..a memory quilt..a treasure forever, as I am sure this book will be for many. Best wishes and Love, Diana.

What a wonderful story for the the young children of today to enjoy, whilst learning an important lesson...that beauty really is only skin deep. With hard sell advertising, and emphasis on every street corner on the way we look, it is sad and frightening to think of how our little girls especially are viewing themselves in our societies. To counter this, and explain in this charming and valuable story about what really matters, and how 'vanity' can spoil lives..this book is one I shall be reading to my three little Grandaughters. I personally love the color yellow, so I did love this write. So uniquely thought up. I don't see why children would not like it. It is so sweetly put and things are naturally said in it.

This gave me a good chuckle... I found it to be a tad bit like reading Dr. Suess's "Green Eggs and Ham". But, as Karen mentioned, you really need to add the Mellow Yellow Song... :~)
