I agree with Eva. You need to go into detail about your life and the little adventures that an orphan faces in a home like that. What I read so far tells me that you were very lucky to be in such a fine place run by Masons giving you a great foundation to begin your life alone.

Yes, I have forgotten an acquaintance's name, much to my embarrassment!! I asked how they wanted it spelled, hoping that wouldn't backfire if their name happened to be Sam.
It takes a lot of patience and imagination to write a book--you SHOULD be proud!
