Mission First------Taking Care of the Soldier (Poetry) - 4/28/2013 8:01:38 AM
I know nothing of a First Sargeant's responsibilities, but I find that military discipline is rather archaic and negative to the human psyche. All this emphasis on “taking care” of someone who will follow orders regardless of the consequences because that is the “Army way” leads to the kinds of psychological problems that follow after war is over.
