I'm Irish and was redhaired. Can't do much about the Irish except powder my nose but when I realized I didn't want my aberration to show, I went gray. At least I don't look like Richard Simmons! You cause me to laugh do I've got to go read more of your expulsions. See ya' later, Mr. Rogers.

You certanily have a way with words. I'm off to the library. Hopefully they have it, this seems just morbid enough to be intresting. :)

Alan,
Sir it was an honor to read your story. A digestion process was not needed because you were able to conjure up the words from your heart and not rely on fancy description peopled with illimitable adjectives. A story which truly inspires is what an author always dreams his work can accomplish. Most readers are just pleasantly entertained for a while, which us horror and fantasy buffs, and I am part of that herd, accomplish everyday(well almost, lol).
I pray God to watch over your son. You know I have a brother who died recently(2007)and the pain and nightmares which lurk their ugly heads after, I wish on no one; not even my most hated enemy. So all in all, good story and keep writing.

A really nice piece of work, Alan. I'll always remember the look on my parent's face when I surprised them at the front door after returning from Vietnam. I suspect, similarly, you've given your son a memory he'll cherish forever.
