Smiling is easier said than done and once it's done, how much better we ALL feel. Strange thing is Tracy that sometimes, don't you think that even when you smile at someone, and you look into their eyes that they have been so scarred by life that they are actually AFRAID to smile because it makes them, so they may think, appear weak and "needy"? We all need a smile and a hug EVERY day from those who tell us "God will make a way, just don't quit."

It's great if we can keep a smile on our faces because we could cause someone else to get into a good mood just by looking at us.

Very nice. Me and one of my ex's used to write notes to each other all the time: "Please empty the trash." "Please fix my lunch." It was great until we "outgrew" leaving notes.
