It's really too bad that so many government bureaucrats, and contracted corporations supposedly serving the government, get caught up in greed and mismanagement of public money. Since they often can't be voted out, it takes good revelations like yours to ferret them out and reveal them for what they are… Criminals.
I've been reading about the boondoggle of the F 35. It's really too bad that even I, not an aeronautical engineer, can easily see that an aircraft operating under these specifications could not operate safely in the atmosphere and would endanger its human pilot with G forces in operation. This simple conclusion would have eliminated the F 35 from production unless it was pilotless… A drone.
