FILM STORY WRITER (Short Story) - 8/29/2018 8:03:43 AM
This is only story created by me. It is not that I want to become a film writer. I am following google translater and correcting as best as possible. Thanks for review.

FILM STORY WRITER (Short Story) - 8/28/2018 2:03:08 PM
To be a screenwriter is very difficult everywhere. I am still trying. Screenwriting is a whole lot different than writing a story. That is why there are the writers who would write and create the stories, and there are writers who would take a writer's story and write that into a screenplay. If you are a good storybooks writer and want to be a screenwriter, you will still have to learn the art of writing screenplays. Sandie

FILM STORY WRITER (Short Story) - 8/28/2018 7:12:09 AM
While your English translation is quite difficult to follow, I take it that to be a successful screenwriter in India is also extremely difficult, just like it is in the United States. Ron

BULLOCK CART (Short Story) - 8/5/2018 9:16:41 PM
I don't know what a bullock cart is, but I think your aunt was upset because you did not listen to her not to hold the leash without experience. She may have to pay for tge damages you have caused to the cart owner. Just a note: postpone is one word and not two words; and so is the word landlord. Sandie

BULLOCK CART (Short Story) - 7/26/2018 6:43:39 AM
By eight grade, you should have been more responsible. But accidents happen. So I think your aunt may have been unkind. According to what you wrote, she implored you not to try to drive the bullocks. Your father and her had invested a lot in your stay. You infuriated her for not listening to her. I was nine years old when I first drove my father's car on my grandfather's farm. I did not damage the car in any way, even though I drove it alone out in the field without him in the car with me. My grandfather was very upset with me driving. Later my father, long driving alone, totally wrecked the car. But I do recall driving an old tractor when I was about 11 on the same farm. The tractor, like the train you described, was very old and needed oil. It smoked a lot and a rod knocked… Loudly… Until the rod broke through the engine wall and the tractor was dead. I wasn't blamed for the tractor failure, but my uncle was because I told him that the tractor was making noise and acting up. Ron

FURNACE GURAVANNA (Short Story) - 3/23/2017 6:41:33 AM
OH GREAT SIR... THIS IS A REAL STORY WHEN I WAS A CHILD .

FURNACE GURAVANNA (Short Story) - 3/23/2017 6:01:19 AM
I'm so glad you reconciled with Guravanna. But I can see why he got so upset being burned like that. My great-grandfather, Nelson Hull, was a blacksmith during the American Civil War 1860-65. I'm not sure if he continued in that profession the rest of his life. Ron

ELDEST SON (Short Story) - 3/22/2017 4:53:36 AM
A very heartwarming story. I certainly hope that it is happening all over India with good people like your story portrays. I do know that many Indian farmers were committing suicide over problems they were having with their crops. I do hope that is changing. Having a large family and dividing the land among the children has become the source of poverty for so many who don't understand what it takes to bring a baby to adulthood these days. Arable land is disappearing for a number of reasons you noted and sons and daughters have to leave it and go to cities. The sons and daughters of India that I know living in this country have taken very good care of their parents. Like your story, I have helped out a few people who are in dire straits without help from their children. Some have paid me back and some have not. But the good is in the giving and not in receiving. I would advise you to have an editor help you correct the English a bit here and there before you attempt to publish this story further. Ron

Dear Readers , pl offer your comments on this story. This is my first attempt in translating original story in English.

Are Gods Really happy with our kind of devotion? (Article) - 7/28/2003 7:13:38 PM
For the first part of the article, let me tell you that priests are spiritual professionals; they have corrupted God and religion for their selfish and monetary motives. Service to humanity by common sense is desirable and real worship. All religions talk about it but few follow it

Is the relationship with God necessary? (Article) - 7/28/2003 7:10:45 PM
According to the Bible, God is supposed to be within us. To me every person has come to this earth on some purpose and when that person lives that purpose, to me that person becomes a manifestation of God for that activity. We become one with the infinite when we perform the activity for which we are sent.

What is a Sin? (Article) - 7/28/2003 7:08:11 PM
The basic fact is that according to the karma theory every adversity is actually a punishment for the past sins but if that is true why did God not make this process transparent so that one could know for which sin one has been punished. Otherwise, we can go on debating on the issue but had God done that, sins would be minimized automatically.

TO DO OR NOT TO DO (Article) - 7/28/2003 7:06:17 PM
Good article. Reincarnation is talked of by Hinduism, Budhdhism and Jainism and is likely therefore to be true. As I stated in another review, God should have made the whole process transparent- which punishment for which crime? That would mitigate suffering and if something is truth, why not make it transparent?

Spiritual Awakening (Article) - 7/28/2003 7:03:40 PM
In the western culture, desire in the driving force of everything and in eastern it is the bane. The truth lies somewhere in between. Desire per se is not bad but to get continuously caught by it and remaining entrapped by it is undesirable

What is a Sin? (Article) - 12/2/2002 9:59:55 PM

A TOMB AWAY FROM VILLAGE (Poetry) - 8/5/2018 8:49:07 PM
A mother who loves unconditionally are loved by her children and beyond. Your mother sacrificed herself so her children would be well-fed and well-clothed. You have a beautiful mother inside and out. Sandie

The Mother (Poetry) - 5/31/2003 1:19:11 AM

Oh Lord! (Poetry) - 11/26/2002 12:05:14 AM
What the author mean to say that no doubt, man has created all these things , but if God had taken preventoive steps, this would not have arisen. When God is taking care of all things in this universe , He is responsible for good and bad equally

The Mother (Poetry) - 11/25/2002 3:56:51 AM

I understand the complications of English but most poets will be able to see past that and understand what you have written quite well. This is excellent work. Continue to write what you feel and expand through your thoughts. Do the best you can as Sandie mentioned. Peace be with you. Amor

Hope and Despair (Poetry) - 8/13/2002 3:47:37 AM
Poetry is a form of expression from the poets hearts. I hate poems with structure and form but no feelings whatsover - like eating a perfectly cut sandwich WITHOUT the miracle whip. I'll eat a deformed mouth watering sandwich anytime. .....and reading poetry is of no exception. Many successful poets write from their own hearts and souls, that's what makes great poetry. My own quote of the day: my own quote of the day: People who live by the rules have nothing to offer to themselves except for being dragged by the nose in obedience of the others SandieAngel :o)

Hope and Despair (Poetry) - 8/13/2002 2:02:32 AM

Computer (Poetry) - 7/11/2002 3:10:26 AM
Great thought-provoking poem. Yes, many of us feel like this. Computer and games took over the reality of lives.....but what's reality????? Have you seen the movie "MATRIX" BY Keanu Reeves? It was really amazing, the best movie I had ever seen for a long time. If you have not seen it then you should. It talks about people living inside a computer, and when they've done something wrong, they will be sent outside to live in reality. Somehow Keanu Reeves, being a hacker, invaded the enemy - the side that control humanity, and he was being sought. The gun fights in the movie was totally awesome, I can watch this movie again and again and again and never gets tired of this. This movie is in the video now, you can either buy it or rent it. This movie is soooooo cooooool!!!!!!!! Ooooops!!!!! Sorry! I'm rambling away this morning!!!!!! Oh! Didn't I tell you your poem is thought-provoking? Sandie Angel :o)

Dowry (Poetry) - 7/7/2002 8:08:02 AM
I have a friend from India, and the stories she has told me are barbaric to say the least. I guess it's a way of life, and is expected. Like some kids walk around with green hair. I say live and love free.

Dowry (Poetry) - 7/7/2002 6:15:23 AM
This is true what you are saying. I once watched a program on the TV which showed how the poor girls in India were being treated and harmed by their spouses and in-laws just because they had less dowry to offer to the families......and some girls were being murdered by own family members because they just could afford dowries and yet they don't want their daughters to be mistreated and suffer through her life. Why is love measured by the dowry? Why do young girls have to suffer emotionally, psychologically? Is there real love to the marriage anymore rather to be measured by the size of the dowry? Young people should be given a chance to fall in love, and not to be feeling ashamed toward their own families. Give the young people a chance to live, love and laugh. Everyone deserves to be born happy, and not to be born sad. Sandie Angel :o) / May Lu $*_*$
