Good advice. I'm noticing lapses in my short-term memory lately. My grandmother was a very active 85-year-old who engaged in at least 90% of those mental activities with joy only to decline to the point of death at 90 not even recognizing who came to visit.

Hello Jo,
This is a very timely and appropriate article on Caregivers. They need to be heard and some laws should be passed for their protection too. Some work for long hours and for so little pay. We had a fellowman killed by his patient and his family here are grieving over their loss, the caregiver was a family man working for his children at home.
