What's in a word. Do the 'numbers' speak out? The numbers seem to me to and have for over 13 years.
You ever noticed that in events where an exact number might not be known the news media us something like 13000 were killed, or lots of other events the number 13 is used?
Have you considered that 'junk email' is named....
