Contestants had to write a story between 25-50 words which included the word unicorn once.

My entry won an honerable mention and had been published on the website of "On The Premises"

Zoey looked at her lit birthday cake, concentrating on her wish.

The five candles blown, she rejoiced at the sight of her desired toy unicorn. She wasn't even mad about her little sister unwrapping the gift or yelling out "mine!"

Zoey was a big girl now; she could share.

I read them all. They seem to be placed well. Some were funny. One was very poignant. And of course, the winner was truly the most ironic. Yours was very sweet. I learned to share very early because my twin brother and I often were given one item during Christmas or otherwise because our parents could not afford to buy two of everything for us except matching clothes. And that was a stretch to find clothes that were matching. Easier out of the catalog then at the stores. Ron
