Even though she felt alone in the crowd, the harlot stayed focus, knowing her sexual inhibitions would soon be quenched by the sheer victory of preying on the right boy or girl; gender was unimportant to her, knowing that either would do as long as they did what she asked; what she had demanded of them. Gwen Forsythe wasn't picky when it came to that sort of thing, especially when it came to her addiction; she just craved the attention, the sheer feel of getting it on with someone who would be willing to show her the time of day. She certainly wasn’t getting it at home, after-all!
And she was more than willing to pay top dollar, giving in to the streetwalker who would ask to be paid by the hour. She had done this before, almost expected it, having heard the sad tale after sad tale from these women or the half drunken homeless man who often frequent the stretch of Admiral Wilson Blvd.
She no longer felt pity for the man, believing that if he cleaned up and straightened his unkempt hair, he could better himself and find work. Who was she to judge him when she, too, was walking the streets for something the real world couldn't provide her, even within the frigid arms of her unloving husband. No. She had to find other means to quench her desires her inhibitions.
It usually took her half the night, trying to find the right one. This night, she almost decided to call it a night when her eyes fell upon him, a young man no older than just out of high school. Sporting a Rutgers jersey, he was strolling down the avenue, donning a baseball camp and mitt.
"Something about an athlete," she said to herself as she slowly pulled her Lexus to the curb beside him. "A man in uniform. Yum."
