Story of the morning: Irise
To evening and fall again
after I call my friend
I recall fields of four leafed clovers
Stories of endless lovers delivered me in my present destination
I rise with their love and bless the nation
Our ancestors sent me to you
sent you to me to continue a conversation that we resume daily
I rise in morning to clear the mist of amnesia that clouds my memory
I open my eyes like a new born man
learning life all over again
I talk to my friend
and remember there is no end
Meeting the truth on the mountain
clear as the water beneath redwoods
I drink deep
Get strong get weak
drink sleep
Enter my cave and i die
Carried away in crashing dreams
The tide takes me
moves me and remakes me
I sprout from slumber drawn forth by the sun
I turn over and nudge Brahma awake
To start it all over with a little shake
and continue
