Being the oldest of 9 children I can identify with "children's curiousities" My youngest sister, sniffed a pearl from one of our Mom's broken necklaces, up her nose. A good blow in toilet paper got that out, I once swallowed an open safety pin, don't know why. A neighbor turned me upside down and it came out, thankfully. Another sister had a friend who had just gotten contacts. The girl took one out and showed it to my sister, who was 11 at the time, and found everything to be funny. When the girl held it in her palm for my sister to look at, my sister started to giggle, which soon turned into a snort-giggle, and suddenly the contact lens was sorta sucked up by my sister, never to be found. Our parents were not happy. As for me, I remember giving my 2yrs younger brother a bobby pin and telling him to put it in the wall socket where we were sitting on the floor. Needless to say, he did, and I received my just punishment for this. When you come from a big family, the stories you share about your past lives growing up together are never ending.
