Another silly little joke

Guy is lying in his hospital bed, just after an operation.

The head doctor approaches him.

"I have some good news and some bad news," he states.

"Gimme the bad news first," the man groans.

"We've amputated the wrong leg."

"Good God, no," the man shrieks. "Then what's the good news?"

"The guy in the next bed wants to buy your slippers."
