Dear Journal~
Well, it's official: I have made it to "America's Most Talented Kids"! I was one of six kids to be chosen, and next month, I fly out to Hollywood, California, to tape the show!! I couldn't believe it, but I MADE it! WOW~ This is a dream come true ; maybe something will start happening with my singing career!! Oh, I hope so!! I am so happy I could just SCREAM out in pure joy!! :) :)
I also got a new perm. Yeah, that's right: I got a PERM in my hair, and now I have...BIG HAIR! I really like it; I look too kewl!! :) I look so much older with my hair done this way, and I really love it!! It is reallly curly, since I already have natch curly hair, and now I have curls EVERYWHERE! WHEE! :) It looks like my head EXPLODED! LOL
But I am also kinda' sad...my maman's been gone a week in Sri Lanka; but she is on her way back, according to daddy. He got an email from her the other day, and she wrote from the plane! So she is up in the air somewhere, as the plane streaks homeward bound! I hope they get in okay; I don't want anything happening to my maman! I will be sooooooooo glad to see her when she steps off that airplane when we go pick her up at the airport!!
I am officially ungrounded; daddy lifted the sanctions off me and Johnny for the stupid fight we had last week, and ever since, I have been trying my best to get along with Johnny! I don't know why I have been so mean to him lately; maybe it was coz I was kinda, sorta' nervous about the audition, perhaps? I don't know, but I have really been a real booger brain lately with my pompus attitude; and that is NOT at ALL like me!! Guess I am turning into a grouchy teenager, hmmm? (And maman only says it is gonna' get worse. GREAT. Just what I did NOT want to hear!! :( )
Well, I must go now...daddy's calling me...I gotta' get my sticks and see what he wants. Bye for now; talk to ya later!
