Dear Rebekkah~
Hey, Rebekkah! How are things going for you? Johnny told me you fell the other day, and you had to go to the doctor's office. Are you okay? I hope you didn't hurt yourself, and I hope that you didn't scare the poo poo outta' your parents when you fell (but then you probably did; I know I do when I lose my balance, and I go "TIMBER"!)!
I was happy to know that you aren't mad at Johnny! I was mad at him (he made me mad, and I hit him in my anger; yeah, I got busted for it! Also got a good paddling from my daddy; OW! He hits hard!), but now I am over it, and Johnny and I are STARTING to TRY to get along better! I am very happy and excited today coz today maman comes home from Sri Lanka!! She was in Sri Lanka, and she is now on a plane, even as we speak, and she is probably somewhere over the U.S. now, headin' towards Tennessee! She is scheduled to come in sometime this afternoon, which means that we will be leaving for the airport within the hour. So this is why I am not at school, and this is why I am writing to you now!
Did Johnny tell you that I made it to the "American's Most Talented Kids" show on tv? I DID! I had my audition, and I MADE it! Oooh, I am sooo excited; I fly out to Hollywood, California, sometime next month to tape the show, and it will be on sometime this year! I hope I do well during the show; but I DO know that beforehand I will probably be scared to DEATH!!
Speaking of auditions, I watched "American Idol" on Fox tv last night, and they had auditions in Washington D.C. Some of the people were quite good, but some were...well, reallly, reallllly BAD! I was trying so hard not to laugh while I was watching the show, but at times I could NOT help myself! Daddy kept getting annoyed at me because I was laughing at some of the contestants' efforts to sing, but I could NOT help it! Some of them were absolutely HILARIOUS! They were so bad it was FUNNY! LOL Now, I am NOT saying I am the world's best singer, but I know talent when I see (or hear) it, and I am sorry, but some of those people were just. plain. AWFUL!! Simon was in his glory, critiquing the contestants, and the looks on his face or some of the comments he made were a SCREAM! I was laughing my butt off! LOL I LOVE that show! (Did I tell you I tried out for "American Idol" last year? I DID! But I was too young; that was why I didn't make it. And that is why I went to "Star Search"; at least I was in the age limit then when I tried out!! 'Course, I didn't win, but that's okay...I still had FUNNNNN!! :) )
The auditions are on again tonight, and I plan on watching it. Only thing is, it's the "best of the world's worst", so you know I will be laughing my head off when I watch it! And I know that daddy or maman will be getting annoyed at me for laughing, but I just can't help myself at times!
I usually go to church on Wednesday nights, but not tonight, because maman is coming home today from the airport, and she will probably need our help. She is using crutches again because her sciatic nerve has been giving her a lot of trouble, and she has been having probs with her walking. She isn't getting around as well as she usually does; so we may have to be around here so we can help her whenever she needs it. I hope she feels better soon; I hear that sciatic nerve pain is NOT fun AT all! *OW*!!
Whoopsie! I gotta' go; I have to eat, so I can take my midday time pills, and then we gotta' scoot on over to the airport, where we can PICK UP OUR MOM! YAYYY, Maman's coming HOME today!! YAYYYYY!!!! C ya later; and God bless! Do write when you can; I can't wait to hear from you, Rebekkah! :)

P.S.: I met Simon Cowell of "A.I." last year, and he was actually kind of nice to me. He liked the way I sang (considering he usually doesn't like kid singers!), but he said that I was too young, and I couldn't be on "American Idol". Oh, well...it was still fun trying; and he was nice to me! I was sooo surprised! :)
