Thank you so much for your last letter, and also for the picture of your family! You have a very beautiful family; so many children, yet it is clear by all the smiles just how very much loved they are. That is such a refreshing thing to see in this world; so many children are abused and mistreated it is a crime!! That was very nice of you to think of me like that!
I am also writing because I was wondering how you fared in the storms of Sunday. Heard that Tennessee got smacked hard by tornadoes. Aren't the counties that got hit the hardest just west of Nashville? I hope Nashville didn't get any damage! Let me know if you guys are okay so my nerves can stop shaking!
That was awful: all those people killed, over two dozen alone in Tennessee including a little baby and his grandparents. Such tragedy! When we saw the footage on the television, all we could do was cry and wonder how you guys were doing!
Louie, if you fear storms so much, why are you living in an area of the country that is so storm-prone? That really doesn't make a lot of sense! Maybe you need to move to Alaska or somewhere like that! LOL You sound like you have a phobia of storms! Not good!
I am glad that you have such a deep-rooted faith in God. That does help during times of trouble. I know I couldn't get through some of the stuff I have had to go through without God! Just how people can deny His very Existance is beyond me! It is really sad!
Well, has the weather calmed down any there in Nashville? I hope it has for your sake! Here it is rainy, but coolish; we may even get some snow mixed in with the rain as temps fall later in the day. Crazy weather we are having! Seems that is the word of the day nowadays, what with all the storms in Hawai'i and on the West Coast, the tornadoes in the middle of the country, and snow in the mountainous regions! They are also calling for an active hurricane season; hopefully it won't be NEARLY as bad as it was last year! I am sure the southland has seen more than enough hurricanes to last them the rest of their lives! Sheeshamighty!
Well, I got some good news: we heard from AASK, and they have a little boy for me, a little boy from India whose name is Chital. Chital is four years old, and he has spina bifida and walks on crutches and braces on his legs. We just saw his picture yeterday, and we are beyond thrilled! We are finally going to be parents (AGAIN!!); the adoption was approved!! Oh, this is a very happy day for the Terzas!! Chital should be coming in several months just as soon all the remaining paperwork is done and he is cleared for entry into the United States! This is a majorly huge Miracle, and I am so happy now it is all I can do to keep from crying!!
Emmanuel, Kirkie, and Deondre' are already counting the days to when Chital will join the family! They are just absolutely WILD with joy!!
