The Sandusky Children write a letter of love and appreciation to their mother, Louisiana, who is a Mom in the true st (and biggest) sense of the word.

Dearest Mamma~
We, your children, want to write this to show you our appreciation. If it were not for you or daddy, we wouldn't have a family, a future, a chance to succeed in life. How can we count the many blessings that you have given us?
I doubt that we could. We are so blessed! The blessings are many, too many to count. We will try to list some of them, though.
For starters, you provide the love that many of us never had before you took us in to be your children. You provide shelter, stability, support, guidance. You teach us right from wrong, you teach us about compassion towards others, you teach us love, kindness, hope.
Secondly, you give us good home cookin' guaranteed to stick to our ribs. You give us laughter, you give us clothes, money when we need it, give us a boost when we participate in our sporting games. You don't know much your cheers mean to us, especially when we have a bad game! That means a lot to us; it always will.
Although Johnny and Ronee' are the main performers of the family, you make us all feel like stars, on and off the stage. You don't ask for perfection; you enjoy us as we are; even if we make mistakes, you tell us that it is okay. For that, we thank you.
It makes us glad when you display our schoolwork on the fridge, or show other people our school papers. I am glad that you help us whenever a problem comes up; some kids are not as fortunate as we are. Yes, we are indeed a lucky bunch! :)
You take us to church every week, make sure we have a good foundation. If we have any questions pertaining to God, you never hesitate to answer them in a way that makes us understand, appreciate the Love He has for us. If it were not for you, we would have never met God, and we would have never become saved. Because of you, we now have hope, peace, and most of all, joy! May God bless you abundantly, especially this Mother's Day!
You teach others about accepting differences in people. You make us not to feel ashamed of our disabilities, and you accept us, no matter how sick or disabled we may be. You treat us with dignity, respect, and you teach others how to appreciate people who are "different".
Well, we hope you have the best Mother's Day EVER. You are the best mamma on the planet, and we love you more each passing day! You deserve the title of "MOTHER"; you are the Queen of ALL Moms!
