     Johnny is thrilled that Rebekkah Rachel is out of the hospital, so he writes her a "welcome-home-from-the-hospital" letter.

Tuesday, June 26, 2007, 10:11 a.m, D.S.T.~


Dear Rebekkah Rachel~


Hi! It's your boyfriend, Johnny! It was so nice to see you the other day; I was so happy if I could have floated from my wheelchair, I would have! LOL You look great, considering all that you've been through lately! I certainly hope you are feeling much better!


Today I am 14 1/2. Me and Ronee'. In six months, we'll be 15 years old. Hard to believe that I've lived this long; it's only by God's grace that I've done so! Today my family is going to do something special for us; what, I have no clue whatsoever, but I bet they'll surprise us good! :)


They always do! :)


How is Susie doing? How is her mom, Audrey? I hope things are improving for them both! I worry about them. They certainly need a break!


Did you make it to the Cajun festival this past weekend? We were there for all three days. Saw some great Cajun bands, heard some equally wonderful Cajun music; even Ronee' performed (Friday and Saturday). She did a wonderful job. Of course, I was jealous of her; why wasn't I invited to sing?? She's not the only performer in the family, you know!


Speaking of the Monster, she made it to the next round on her dumb show. She gets to go to Las Vegas, Nevada, in August, for a chance to win a spot in the finals--and possibly win a million dollars. (That'd be great if she won; maybe if she does she can give me a little bit! LOL)


I am doing very well. I had my therapy this morning (bright and early, like at 7 a.m.! *YAWN*), got back not even an hour ago. My body feels like it's been run over by a HUMMER! *OW* (An orange one!) LOL I swear those guys majored in Physical Torture 101! *OW* Other than my aching body, I'm doing wonderful! :)


I am going to be in the ninth grade come fall. That's right: I start high school. In only three years (2010), I graduate! Hard to believe that in less than four years I'll be looking to the possibility of going to college! Seems like I am truly growing up, something that seemed unthinkable to me ten years ago! (Doctors didn't think I'd live past the age of five; in six months, I'll be turning fifteen years old!!)


Well, Rebekkah, I'm going now. I have to clean up after the animals, clean out their bathrooms. ICK. That's disGUSTing, but it has to be done, without fail! See ya! Love ya! Again, Rebekkah, welcome home! :)

A belated Happy Birthday is in order here too! Been sooooooo busy didn't notice it was your birthday. Hope you had a good one. I love the Panda picture!! Another great write hear from such a sweet young man! He sounds like he has soooooo much to look forward to in life. Love this piece!

Johnny's joy at hearing the news of Rebekkah's release from prison (oops, hospital) is evident in happy lines! Well done! Do detect a hint of jealousy at the "Monster," though......LOL Sibling rivalry, don't ya just love it! As I love you. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!
