Sorry if I haven't written; life has been too bad for me. If anything, my life, in general, has gotten a lot worse, if that were possible.
I continue to butt heads with my stupid Aunt Reba and her husband, Fenton, and I continue to be harrassed by the kids at school. I'm always in trouble it seems, if not with my guardians, but with school, in general. I'm also grounded because I got caught stealing some makeup from Wal*Mart over the weekend.
Now the only place I can go is to and from school; when it's over, I have to go straight to my relative's house, where they can keep an eye on me. Somehow I don't think they trust me. It was only a little thing of eye shadow and some eyeliner; it wasn't like I was hawking off with a stupid diamond ring, for god's sake!!
I still have to go to church with them on Sunday, and for the rest of the day I cannot talk on the phone or watch questionable material on television. No "Family Guy", no "King of the Hill", no nothing! Just "Sixty Minutes" or (Gag) "Extreme Makeovers: Home Edition". Just the title of that show makes me want to vomit!! I can't stand that show!!
If you ask me, I think my guardians are being rediculous. They are carrying their religion way too far, and if anything it's going to drive me further apart from them! It seems that every waking hour with them is spent fighting, and I am getting sick and tired of this shit!!
I'm also mad because I have been invited by Razor Gonzales and some of the "creepier" kids at school to a Hallowe'en party next weekend; it's going to be held at his house, and it promises to be the party of the year, according to Razor. When I asked my guardians if I could go, they said no. I am not to even discuss it with them, or even try to go behind their back, or else I will be in trouble.
So what else is new??
I want to get out of the house! I am so sick of staying in and twiddling my thumbs or playing on the computer I could just spit!! What is it going to take to convince them that I am not that bad of a person, that all I want to do is go out for a few hours with my friends?? It's not like I'm going to take any drugs or consume any booze, for god's sake!!
I know better than that! I'm not a child who needs to be told how to wipe her nose or look both ways before crossing the street!! I mean, really!!!!
Well, I've managed to depress myself again, so I am going to go. I will write in here again next time (that is, if there's even a next time; I don't know how much more of this crap I can stand!!)! I tell you, my life is fucked, totally fucked!!

Been there, handled that, and sometimes felt a overpowering wish of strangle the little bitch...then, good sense came over and become myself a Machiavellian Dad, make her sisters responsible for her actions, I don't know how they did it, but worked like a charm.

It is time for Sagie to realize people care about her and her future. I have always tried to let my children make their own choices after we sat and talked about the people they hung around with and the places they were going and what the outcome could be and then told them to decide what they thought was best.Believe it or not because I talked to them and let them decide, they usually made the right decision. Thank you for sharing the reality of teenagers lives.
You've captured this young girl's frustration in an amazing manner. You can feel the anger and desperation in her words. Another master piece you have created.
This is very real writing in this one and one of your very best. It is so real I can picture the girl and also picture possible outcomes to her young life and sadly none of them are very good. When parents or guardians fail to stop and listen and discuss the lifes of those they are responsible for the results are often fatal as proved by statistics on sucide, problem teens and delinquents who end up in a life of rebellion and crime. You looked at this openly and honestly and let the readers draw their own conclusions.
