My name is Abram Nicole Grafton.  I am eleven years old.  I live with my family in a house in Baltimore, Maryland.  Let's see: there's my mommy and my daddy, and my sisters Meghan (13) and Ryleigh (10), and my brother Luca, who is seven.

I am in the fourth grade at school.  I am in Special Needs class.  The reason I am there is because when I was born, my brain got damaged.  I'm slow.  It takes me a very long time to learn new things.  It's very annoying, but it's the way things are with me.

I can walk, but I use a crutch.  Sometimes I fall.  Most of the time I do okay; I just have to learn to take it easy, so I don't get into trouble.

At school, my bestest friend is Hayley Jo Whittenberg.  She's nine, two years younger than me, but she's tall.  She's gonna be tall when she gets to be a grownup.  She's even taller than me; I have to look up at her when we talk.  I am also friends with Andrea Lanae' Doughterty and Windy RainCloud. 

When I have fun, I like to draw, read (I read picture books; not as many words, it's easier for me; books for kids my age are too hard!), watch television, play with my dollies and my toys, and go places.  I also love it when we go out to eat; my favorite food is Mexican, and my favorite eating-place is Pancho Villa's Mexican Cafe'.  They have the best tacos and nachos there! Yumm! :)

I also love to sing; my favorite singers are David Militello and Kaitlyn Maher, but my all time big favorite is Susan Boyle.  She is brain damaged like me, but she sings like an angel in Heaven.  I have her CD; it's really great!!

When I grow big, I want to be a singer, just like Susan Boyle.  I figure this much: if she can do it, then so can I.  I am very determined.  Determined means not giving up.  And I don't do that very easily. :)
