A teenaged girl with an unusual name shares her story.

My name is Mysti Blue George. I am thirteen years old. I live with my family in Palo Alto, California.
I have my mom and dad, as well as my little sister Moriah Eden (11), and my three little brothers (Tyler Ethan, Shane Adam, and Corwin Dale, who are all six [they're triplets]). We also have three Ragdoll cats: Princess, Sir Purrs, and Queen Nellie.
I am in the eighth grade at Palo Alto Middle School. School is okay, I guess, but it's ... school. I'd rather be outside with my friends or sleeping in until noon, like I do on Saturdays and Sundays.
I don't go to church. My family is agnostic. I don't think we need to go to church. We might as well stay home. We believe that there's something out there, but we're not saying who or what. I personally think a lot of church goers are hypocrites: they act all holy and righteous when they are living anything but a godly lifestyle.
I also don't like them preaching at me about how "w're going to hell because we don't go to church". HelLO!! I don't even think so!!
When I am not at school, I like to read (horror or vampire novels; now that they're the rage, I have no problem finding good books to read), watch horror movies (every Hallowe'en, me and some friends gather to watch "Nightmare on Elm Street" and "Hallowe'en"; it's an annual tradition), dance (jazz, tap, and hip hop), sing, and skateboard. In addition, I also like to skateboard and roller blade.
Well, I am bored of writing about myself, so I will go. (Have to do this for school; we have to start keeping journals. The teachar will then grade it at the end of the school year. It's part of an ongoing English assignment.) Take care and talk to you again soon! This is Mysti Blue signing off!
I must say you sure come up with some different names, great job. I enjoy going to church but I too believe you don't have to go to church to prove you care. I was taught at a young age to seak to God and he will hear us as He is everywhere. I speak to my Mother all the time, I pray she hears me from up above. Great write Karen.
