Uriah D. Quigley, aka Spider-Boy, updates us on his life.

It's me: Uriah Daniel Quigley, otherwise known as Spider-Boy, to all who know me.

Thought an update was in order, so here goes.

I honestly can't wait for Christmas (winter) break here at school.  School is the schitz.  Just had Thanksgiving, and already, the bigger kids (the athletic ones) are threatening me with a trip to the garbage cans behind the school property or giving me yet another swirly in the boy's restroom.  They pick on me bad!!

I am still driving my parents mad with Web-ster, Octavia, and Chief Many-Eyes, my furry babies.  No, they're not cats or dogs: as you can probably guess from my nickname, they're spiders.  Three Mexican orange-knee tarantulas.  They might be ugly or disgusting to most people, but to me, they are three of the prettiest spiders I have ever seen in my life!  I love them so much!

I still take care of my arachnids as lovingly as a mother (or father) does with their children.  I feed them, I give them room to exercise, let them see other people (that is, if they aren't fainting or running away, screaming, in fear), and let them know that I love them.  I am sure that they understand; they love to tickle me with their legs and sit on my shoulder, while I stroke their soft, furry little bodies.

I know they love me.  And I love them right back.

School is still bad.  Flunking most of my classes except for English or Science.  I hate it!  I wish my parents could homeschool me; that way, I wouldn't have to put up with all the garbage from most of the other kids, especially those stupid jocks!  I hate them with every fiber of my being!  They're the worst!!

Well, sorry this is short, but I gotta get ready for prison (school) and put up with yet another trying day.  Pray I don't get stuffed into a locker or the garbage cans behind the school's property, or have another swirly! I am tired of having to explain to the teachers why I am always soaking wet when I go to my next several classes!  Thanks a bunch!
