Mondays. Oh, boy do I LOVE Mondays ....
It's because I usually get to have my favorite thing in the world to eat: tacos. Tacos are the best!!
What's even more fun is that we can make our own. When I make mine, I put beef and ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, cheese (and lots of it!), and black pepper into my shell and start going to town. I make mine overflowing. My tacos are very messy, but mmm-boy, are they ever GOOD!! YUMMM!!
Good thing our entire family loves Mexican food, or else we wouldn't even HAVE a Taco Night at our house!! :)
We are not Mexican, but we still love Mexican food. Always have, always will. Until the day comes where I can no longer have Mexican food, I am going to take advantage of it and enjoy it as much as I can. So here's to Taco Night, and here's to a great yummy meal done Mexican style!!
