Rattler here.  Hope this finds you all well (or staying cool).  Seems that summer's already arrrived: only the end of May, almost, and today's a scorcher: sunny and windy, also hot, with highs in the upper nineties to near 100 degrees with high humidity levels.  

I am waiting for some friends: we are gonna go hit the waters at one of Houston's community pools, then, after that, we're gonna go fais do-doin'.  Feel like some chanka-chank (Cajun) music tonight, to start the holiday weekend off right.  Off this entire weekend; I'm gonna take advantage of it and enjoy the hell outta myself!

That's today's plans.  As for tomorrow (Sunday), I have no clue what to do: will just have to play it by ear.  Monday, we are gonna go to the Memorial Day tribute and parade; then we're going to go on a picnic and just chillax (that's chill and relax).  Everythin' will be closed Monday, just about, so gotta find something to do ...

Went to that Cajun festival I mentioned in my last entry; had a blast!  Saw/heard some wonderful Cajun music, danced my legs off, ate like a pig!  Oh, it was rich, my friends, rich!  Suddenly I no longer find myself wanting to shoplift or commit crime; now that I'm out the clink, I've been tryin' my darndest to redeem myself.  Don't know how long that will last, but at least I'm tryin'!

Work is still ... well, work.   Got that damned boss that's nothing but a pig; I hate his guts!  Treats all of us like slaves; he thinks he's God's gift to women (or himself; he is very egotistical)!  I hope they get a new boss; this guy is driving all of us crazy, especially me!!

Well, Slim, Stick, and the others are outside; I can hear them blowin' the car horn, so I'd better scoot after I feed my snakes.  I will write in here again soon; until nex ttime, this is Rattler Pelletier saying so long!  Have a great holiday weekend!
