Lafayette, Louisiana, Oct. 15, 2012, 2:45 p.m., D.S.T.~

Dear Journal~

Ronee' Le-Anne Stinkowitz here.  Just got home from school; doing my homework, but taking a break, so I can write in my journal for a bit before continuing with my homework.  Don't have a lot, but I do have enough.

I am happy to say that I am out of the hospital.  Was in there for a week; pneumonia.  I am feeling much better, but still have a piece of the left over cough.  I got a flu shot and a pneumonia shot; hopefully that will keep my sickness at bay this year.  If there's one thing I hate, it's being sick or ending up in the hospital!

I got out last week (on Wednesday).  Since then I have laid around the house; today was the first day I felt like doing anything.  Went to school, but it wore me out, so I left early; have been vegging out since.  Good thing I'm off work for the next few days!

Michael has been making sure I take my medications and listening to the doctor; I've been a very good patient, though I have been feeling my oats; I am sick of having to take it easy!! 

Michael says I guess I'm feeling better 'cause I'm getting grouchier than a bear with insomnia! LOL

We got rain last night; even had some severe weather, but not too much 'round here in Lafayette; it was more east of here.  Didn't help my joints any, but it was nothing that a little medication couldn't take care of.  Or a little Ben-Gay.  :)

Ever since I got out of the hospital, friends and family have been calling or stopping in to see me.  That is nice, but I do need my rest; I'd rather be sleeping and taking it easy, which I have been doing.

Our honeymoon to Israel was everything we could have ever imagined ... and much more.  We actually walked the same path that Jesus did when He was on this earh and I knew we were definitely on holy ground.  We took scads of pictures and I am starting to load some of 'em on my Facebook page.  We both had a wonderful time and we will never forget it as long as we both shall live!

The wedding went without a hitch and I am starting to get used to married life.  I just hope I am a good wife to my husband; I love him more with each passing day and I feel incredibly blessed that God brought him into my life!

Now we try to decide what we will do next with our future and decide if we want a family or not.  I would like to have a child or two; if we can't have kids the natural way, then we have decided that we will adopt a child or two from China or the United States.

Well, Michael has just informed me that he is going to take me out to dinner; we are going to go to LaPoussiere', which is a wonderful Cajun dance hall and before that, we are going to go out to eat at Randol's, which is an excellent Cajun eatery!  Yum!! I love it whenever we go out!
